I was looking all over for a replacement for the raw water manifold I used for the distribution of seawater in my boat. The manifold had to be able to feed the head, engine and provide enough water for wash-down. I found ACM on the internet and called them, they said they have a manifold that will meet my requirements. They sent me a drawing to approve; it was exactly what I was looking for so I ordered it and received it in less than a week. The manifold worked perfect so I asked them if they could build me a manifold that I could use to supply seawater to my air conditioning units. They asked me to send the requirements needed for the project and they would send a quote a manifold. So I did and they designed a manifold that worked great. I am writing this letter to thank ACM for all the work they have done to make our facility a safer place to work. We were having problems with the acidic water in our plant destroying our aluminum manifolds that we use for the coolant line circuits in our molds. This was a major concern because we had several safety issues involving fittings blowing out of the manifolds. We also had issues with the compression divider that separated the hot and cold water in our manifolds, breaking loose allowing the contents of the manifolds to mix. This was a major concern so we contacted ACM and their team developed a stainless steel manifold that solved the issues we were having with the aluminum manifolds. Since we started using ACM’s Manifolds we have not had a single problem.
