Water Circuit Monitoring Manifold

We are pleased to introduce our Water circuit monitoring manifold. This manifold is designed to manage and monitor the flow and temperature of water circuits. This will eliminate the need for expensive trial and error experimentation and allow you to establish and manage consistent temperatures in your System.

The systems rugged design can operate in any environment and can be configured to meet the requirements you require. It is constructed with stainless steel manifolds with flow control valves, flow meters and Temperature gauges for each circuit. The flow meters have easy to read markings for on sight readings. The temperature is read by using a brass thermo well with a removable dial thermometer to eliminate rust and contamination.
The system allows water to enter the lower centralized manifold and is distributed to the work area through independently controlled circuits that are managed with shut off valves for unused circuits. The water enters the work area and returns to individual manifolds where the temperature is read; it then flows through individual flow meters and control valves that allow you to adjust the flow needed to achieve the optimal water temperature to each zone. The water is then returned through the upper manifold and the cycle is repeated.
